Collectors looking to buy directly from the reissue from the Gold Legion label be very very cautious. I ordered 2 discs and for 4 months saw absolutely nothing. I am not the only customer experiencing this. At the end I made a complaint to my credit card and obtained a refund. At first they answered my email and kept saying they will check on the dispatch but after several times they stopped answering altogether. It wasn't as if they sent the cds and I did not get them. I think the truth is they do not have the cds there they claim they have in stock. There is a facebook page suggesting the label is a scam, and I absolutely do not think otherwise. This is not a malicious review and anyone has questions can look up.
Gold Legion is legitimate, but I think it's one person handling all aspects of this label (though this does not excuse their lack of response or missed release dates). The product does indeed get sent out, but it takes a l-o-n-g time. I've learned my lesson from them: if it's only available as a "pre-order", don't bother as their original release dates are never met. But if they state that a product is in stock, no problem. I've ordered from them several times and all transactions have been good except that very first one.
Gold Legion are indeed unreliable. I've had several issues with them and have learned to steer clear. That said, Cherry Red, Cherry Pop, and Big Break Records (from the U.K.) offer a lot of the same or similar titles and you are much more likely to receive what you're promised.
