Limited edition of 1000 copies as a give-away with "WAS?" fanzine #3
Actually the fanzine was supposed to come out in February 1990 but it did not.

At that time, only a few dozens copies of the flexi were distributed in a plain white sleeve with lyric-sheet included.

30 years later, in February 2020, a few copies of "WAS?" #3 are available, and can be ordered with an unplayed copy of the PHOBIA flexi.
